Luke’s 1st 1st day of Kindergarten

Mrs. Fuller told us to treat today as the first day of kindergarten in that we could come inside, take pictures, and get acquainted with the class room.  Come Tuesday, we will drop the kids off and wave good-bye.  It’s a good plan, and you know she knows what’s she doing after 25 years of teaching 5 and 6 year olds, and with a masters.  We are thrilled with Mrs. Fuller and competence, excitement for the new year, and ability to inspire the kids.  In addition to getting a fabulous teacher, all of the kids we know are in Luke’s class!  Lots of 2nd grade little siblings makes it so much fun since all those older 2nd graders are in Rebekah’s class!  We are so, so happy for the kids’ placement, and my decision to not request anything and trust the Lord didn’t backfire!

And look who jumped right in?

And looked rather cozy, I might add…

  1. Nana Phyllis says:

So excited to see the kids both in the classrooms you had prayed for! Can’t wait to see all the wonderful things they learn this year.

  2. Mamama says:

Delighted for the classes, teachers, and friends for the big kids! God is so good!
